There are many different ways to reduce stress, however, by narrowing down and targeting what is causing the stress will be the most benefical. By finding the stressor then figuring out how big of stress it actually is in terms of one's entire lifespan will create a better view of the overall situation. For example, being stressed about this one major assignment can cause a great amount of stress. Try looking at it from a larger perspective and understanding that you are capable of completing this assignment. Then, understanding that in a few weeks you will even forget it existed.
